Job Overview
We are seeking a detailed and organised Finance Administrator to join our finance team. This role involves managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts using various accounting software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial procedures and excellent organisational skills to support the smooth operation of our financial functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for part time working within a small dedicated team.
Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Sage, Excel, RMS and MAM
- Daily import invoice processing
- Process accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
- Credit control, including effectively managing and resolving customer queries
- Banking and Credit Card reconciliations
- Support month\-end and year\-end closing procedures
- Maintain organised filing systems for all financial documents and HR correspondence
- Proven experience in a similar finance or administrative role, preferably within a business environment
- Proficient in accounting software Sage and Excel is essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
