We are an established, independent block management company based in Bromsgrove, and we're expanding our finance function, we're recruiting two Finance Administrators to take it forward.

About the Role
As part of our finance team, you'll keep the money side of our residential developments running accurately and on time, working closely with our property management colleagues. From contractor invoices and service charge demands through to budgets, reserve funds, and bank reconciliations, you'll be the person making sure the numbers are right and the records are in order.
This is an office\-based role, reporting directly to the Director, with plenty of day\-to\-day contact with contractors, leaseholders, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contractor invoicing cycle \- receiving, checking, and processing invoices for payment.
- Prepare service charge invoices and demands, monitor arrears, and take appropriate steps to recover overdue amounts, including liaising with debt recovery agents where needed.
- Assist with the preparation of annual service charge budgets and monitor expenditure against them.
- Produce regular financial reports, giving the Director and property team clear visibility of how each development is performing.
- Supporting the finalisation of leaseholder property purchases \- notices of transfer, registration of membership, and deeds of covenant.
- Maintain accurate reserve fund records and monitor transactions.
- Carry out regular bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the Director and wider team to maintain high service standards.
- Experience in a finance, bookkeeping, or accounts administration role \- property or block management experience is a bonus but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuinely accurate approach to figures and records.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with QuickBooks (or similar) is an advantage.
- A basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Clear, professional communication skills for dealing with contractors and leaseholders.
- Someone who can work independently but enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.

Pay: £25,420\.00\-£29,670\.00 per year
