Mathnasium is the world's leading maths\-only learning provider, with more than 1,200 centres worldwide. Mathnasium Bromsgrove is an exciting new centre opening in August 2026, bringing expert maths tuition to children aged 4–16 across Bromsgrove and the surrounding area.

The Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, you'll play a central role in delivering an outstanding experience for students and families while being at the heart of both education and operations.
Supporting the Centre Director, you'll help lead a team of instructors, engage with the local community, and ensure every child thrives. This is a career\-building role with a clear pathway into Centre Management.

- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised, reliable and commercially minded
- At least an A\-Level (or equivalent) in maths — you don't need to be a maths expert, just confident and comfortable with numbers
- 1–2 years' experience in a professional environment (education, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or team leadership)
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
- Ambitious and eager to grow into a Centre Manager role
