The Role

As Assistant Centre Manager, you'll play a central role in delivering an outstanding experience for students and families while being at the heart of both education and operations.

Supporting the Centre Director, you'll help lead a team of instructors, engage with the local community, and ensure every child thrives. This is a career\-building role with a clear pathway into Centre Management.

• Organised, reliable and commercially minded


• At least an A\-Level (or equivalent) in maths — you don't need to be a maths expert, just confident and comfortable with numbers


• 1–2 years' experience in a professional environment (education, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or team leadership)


• A genuine passion for helping children succeed


• Ambitious and eager to grow into a Centre Manager role
