<p>As <strong>Field Sales Manager (gn)</strong>, you will be responsible for implementing volume and profit targets within the framework of the sales concepts and the approved budget. <li data-start="311" data-end="466">You drive sales by understanding customer needs and proposing the right quantities and variety of products, in line with the company’s defined goals</li>
<li data-start="469" data-end="625">You secure and negotiate optimal locations for promotional materials and activities, ensuring compliance with the Quality Group’s economic guidelines</li>
<li data-start="628" data-end="748">You ensure effective in-store product presentation by implementing visual merchandising and promotional materials</li>
<li data-start="751" data-end="900">You identify and analyze growth opportunities within your assigned sales territory while continuously monitoring market trends and competitors</li>
<li data-start="903" data-end="984">You complete weekly trade reports and forward them to the Key Account Team</li>

<h3>Deine Erfahrung & Skills </h3>
<ul>
<li>You have 1-2 years of experience in field service, sales or food retail </li>
<li>You ideally have a commercial training</li>
<li>You communicate strongly, negotiate confidently and enjoy networking</li>
<li>You enjoy key figures, selling and are enthusiastic about our products</li>
<li>You are confident in using digital media and enjoy contributing new ideas</li>
<li>You have a driving licence (class B), are willing to travel</li>
<li>You are fluent in Dutch and excellent in English, French is a plus</li>
