Field Sales Executive
Next Generation Home Improvements are the Midlands’ market leader in high\-quality home improvement solutions, specialising in resin driveways \& patios, composite fencing, aluminium gates, and garage doors.
Following a record\-breaking year in 2025, installing over £5 million worth of products, we are now expanding our sales team as part of our continued growth.
We are looking for a driven, positive, and ambitious Direct Sales Representative — not someone to make up the numbers, but someone who wants to make a real impact on our turnover and enjoy the rewards that come with it.
The Role
- Attend 8–12 pre\-arranged appointments per week (no cold calling)
- Visit customers in their homes
- Understand customer needs, demonstrate our products, and design tailored solutions
- Convert quality leads generated by our in\-house marketing team
- Build trust and represent the company professionally at all times
You may already be a successful salesperson — or you may come from a strong customer\-facing background and feel ready to step into a sales role with proper support.

- Flexibility – This is a full time position, with evenings and Saturday availability is required to suit customer schedules

- Driving license \& own transport – essential
