Simplicity Cuisine Limited is a dynamic provider of turnkey dining and smart vending solutions, dedicated to simplifying workplace and retail refreshment. We are currently in a phase of significant expansion and are looking for ambitious sales professionals to join us as we roll out our full product range across the Scottish convenience sector.

The Opportunity

You will be at the forefront of our growth, partnering with independent retailers, forecourts, and convenience stores to install our barista\-standard bean\-to\-cup coffee machines.

You will partner with independent retailers, forecourts, and convenience stores, helping them introduce premium bean\-to\-cup coffee machine solutions. With a clear ROI and a simple rental model via third\-party leasing, this is a highly compelling proposition for business owners looking to increase footfall and revenue.

Earnings \& Structure

  • Weekly Pay Cycle: Commission paid every Friday (for installs Friday–Thursday).

  • Performance Expectation: Minimum sales target of 2 units per week.

  • Uncapped Potential: Realistic £52,000 OTE with the opportunity to scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive Expansion: Identify and engage with business owners to expand our footprint in the Scottish retail sector.

  • Business Development: Identifying and engaging directly with business owners in retail and within your territory.

  • Consultative Selling: Demonstrating the commercial benefits of our coffee solutions.

  • Finance Coordination: Managing the end\-to\-end sale via third\-party leasing, including signing paperwork and collecting all required supporting documentation for the finance company.

  • Install Management: Ensuring all criteria are met for a successful installation and prompt commission release

  • Territory Management: Take full ownership of your geographical area, representing the Simplicity Cuisine brand with professionalism.
