Female Support Worker (not an oversea sponsor)

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Female only Support Workers to join an established and experienced team supporting a female Muslim client in her own home. Shifts will include days, evenings and nights.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support a young woman with a learning disability and epilepsy to live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible within her home and community.
About the Role
As part of a small, dedicated team, you will provide person\-centred care and support, ensuring the client’s physical, emotional, cultural, and religious needs are respected.
Your duties will include:
- Providing day\-to\-day support in the client’s home
- Supporting with personal care when required
- Monitoring and responding appropriately to epileptic seizures (training provided if needed)
- Supporting with daily routines, activities, and community access
- Encouraging independence and building confidence
- Preparing meals and supporting with household tasks
- Maintaining accurate care records and communicating with the wider support team
We are looking for someone who is:
- Kind, patient, and dependable
- Respectful of cultural needs
- Able to work as part of an established team
- Willing to learn and undertake training
- Driving license
- Experience supporting people withlearning disabilities or epilepsy is desirable but not essential
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate
