Barista/Front of House

We are looking for hard\-working, reliable, and talented industry professionals to join the team in our Penarth teahouse situated in the incredible Washington Building.

The current vacancy is for someone looking for 25\-30 hours 4 days a week.

We welcome applications from both experienced individuals and those who are relatively new to the vocation, but who are proactive in learning and developing skills. Applicants must be available to work on weekends.

The ability to work well under pressure and to continue to produce high\-quality products quickly is essential.

There will be an opportunity to demonstrate experience with a trial shift. Those with prior experience working in a speciality coffee/tea environment will be preferred.
