Associate Dentist

We’re looking for an Associate Dentist to partner with us on a self\-employed basis at our established Bupa Dental Care practice in Penarth, Glamorgan.

• Up to £25,000 NHS Potential Earnings (No UDA targets)

Your role

You’ll deliver a broad range of private and NHS treatments, in line with the NHS Wales reform framework, including:

• Comprehensive exams and risk\-based recalls


• Preventative and oral health care


• Routine and complex restorative treatments


• Urgent and emergency care for new and existing patients

You’ll manage your own patient cohort, focusing on long\-term outcomes, access for new patients, and prioritising clinical need—giving you more time to deliver high\-quality care.

Established with 6 light and airy surgeries, experienced longstanding associates in situ, supported by a team of fully\-trained qualified professional support staff.
