At Absolute Care, we take care of our own. We offer flexible hours, guaranteed pay, and a set rota to ensure continuity of care for our service users. No experience is required as we provide full accredited training, and we offer ongoing training opportunities including NVQ if you desire. Must be prepared to work to do both Morning and Afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Care Assistant include, but are not limited to:

• Providing personal care and support to clients.


• Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.


• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families.


• Supporting clients with social activities and outings.


• Completing daily care logs and updating client records.


• Communicating effectively with other members of the care team and healthcare professionals.


• Attending regular training sessions and supervisions.


• Maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients' privacy and dignity.
