Job Description Your contribution to something big:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team;
- Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including job description creation, requirement definition, and candidate assessment through interviews;
- Conduct Active Sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for strategic positions;
- Represent Bosch at external events such as job fairs, conferences, tech talks, and other recruitment and tech\-related initiatives;
- Build trusting relationships with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand open roles and effectively suggest potential candidates.
Education:
- Degree on Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management, or similar;
- Interest and ability to learn IT related topics;
- Fluent in English (mandatory \- written and spoken);
- Collaborative team player who thrives in multinational cross\-functional environments;
- Proactive and solution oriented mindset;
- Passionate about customer success and delivering results;
- Detail\-oriented with a critical approach to problem solving and innovation.
