Our client is an international product\-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region and are now taking their success worldwide.
We are currently looking for a HR People Partner.
Key responsibilities and your contribution:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, performance management, compensation and benefits, salary review cycles, and grading;
- Conducting regular one\-on\-one meetings to monitor employee well\-being, gather feedback, and support their personal and professional growth;
- Acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for a dedicated group of employees (90\-100 people), helping them navigate daily challenges;
- Assisting and coaching managers on team\-related matters;
- Participating in surveys, research, analytics, and report preparation;
- Working on enhancing employee loyalty and engagement to improve retention;
- Resolving conflicts and addressing problematic situations within teams;
- Contributing to the development of corporate culture;
- Organizing informal meetings and team\-building activities with the relevant teams;
- Participating in other HR projects upon the Top Managers' request as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a People Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar employee\-facing HR role;
- Proven experience in driving employee engagement, onboarding processes, well\-being programs, and culture\-building initiatives;
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
- Skilled in conflict resolution and dispute management;
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities;
- Proficient in English at an Upper\-Intermediate level or higher;
- Competent in using Excel, Google Presentations, and Canva;
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Slack is a plus;
- Ability to analyze.
