Experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
Job Overview
We are only 2 years into our journey and we are looking for an RVN to join us at this excitong time. We are an independent vets based on traditional values and a modern approach.
Our two vets both hold certificates one in surgery \& one in medicine. We aim to keep our cases in house where possible, referring when required, keeping things interesting but not over promising.
Our ideal team member will be an excellent communicator, have a passion for animal welfare and possess strong veterinary knowledge \& skills.

We can accommodate full and part time positions.
There will be no out of hours or on call.

Responsibilities
\- Providing \& ensuring patient care
\-Helping to set and maintain clinical standards
\-Assist vets in surgical procedures and medical treatments
\- Monitor and care for our patients as if they were your own animals
\- Delivering nurse consultations and building relationships with pets \& parents of chronic patients alongside the vets.
\- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and treatment plans
Qualifications
\- Must be RCVS registered RVN
\- Excellent communication skills with both pet owners and colleagues
\- Confident and comfortable being part of a small team
\- Ideally over 2 years experience
\- Competent with taking and processing laboratory samples and in house analysis.
