Summary

We are seeking an Experienced General Practice Nurse to join our dedicated team. This role is vital in delivering comprehensive patient care and supporting our mission to promote health and well\-being within the community.
Responsibilities

• Provide high\-quality nursing care to patients in a general practice setting.


• Assist with patient assessments, health screenings, and chronic disease management.


• Administer medications and vaccinations following clinical guidelines.


• Support GPs with minor procedures and patient education.


• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.


• Contribute to the training and supervision of junior staff and students.


• Promote health initiatives and provide health promotion advice.


• Ensure compliance with NHS policies and clinical protocols.


• Qualifications


• Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.


• Proven experience working in a general practice or primary care setting.


• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and patient care procedures.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.


• Commitment to continuous professional development.


• Desirable: experience with chronic disease management and health promotion activities.
