Duties

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility to promote independence and comfort


• Support clients in managing their care plans by following prescribed routines and reporting any changes or concerns


• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well\-being


• Administer medication as directed and ensure accurate documentation of all care activities


• Travel between clients’ homes using your own vehicle or company transport, ensuring punctuality and reliability


• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address needs


• Maintain detailed records of visits, care provided, and any incidents in accordance with company policies

Experience

• Valid driving license and ability to travel independently between client locations


• Previous experience in home care or working within a care home environment is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided


• Familiarity with care plans, medication administration, and basic IT systems for record keeping is preferred


• Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with clients and team members


• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while demonstrating empathy and professionalism


• Basic IT literacy for documenting care activities electronically is desirable

Pay: £12\.71\-£15\.00 per hour
