Working Pattern: Full-time, Office-Based (Monday to Thursday, with increasing Friday office attendance to meet business needs)
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our longest standing clients; a leading global investment organisation. They are seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to support senior members of their London-based team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, providing first-class administrative support, and acting as a trusted point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior team members.
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, both virtual and in-person.
- Liaise confidently with clients, stakeholders, and business contacts.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Process and manage team expenses.
- Support day-to-day operational activities as required.
- Act as a central point of contact for the team, managing priorities and responding to requests efficiently.
- Assist with project coordination and ad hoc business initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support new starter processes.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team efficiencies.
- Undertake additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Collaborative and approachable, with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable managing changing priorities in a busy environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to provide additional support outside standard business hours when required.
