Contract Manager - Hard FM

Role: Contract Manager
Rate: £500/day (inside IR35)

An opportunity for an experienced client-side Contract Manager to oversee key hard FM contracts within a complex, public sector environment.
Your new role

• Lead contract oversight, ensuring services align to organisational priorities, performance standards, and compliance requirements


• Act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and service providers


• Manage budgets, forecasts, and value-for-money across contracts


• Ensure robust governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks


• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and service performance

What you'll need to succeed

• Essential: Working knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23), with the ability to apply it in contract management and governance settings


• Proven client-side contract management experience within hard FM / engineering services


• Strong experience working within the public sector or regulated environments


• Strong commercial and financial management capability


• Confident stakeholder engagement across operational and corporate teams
