We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications and personal attributes:

Essential Requirements:

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding/Door Supervision).


• Strong knowledge of public safety and security protocols.


• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.


• Patience and the ability to remain calm in high\-pressure situations.


• Teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.


• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of situational awareness.


• Basic computer and hand\-held device skills.

• A good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.


• The ability to pass enhanced background checks.


• Over 18 years of age.


• Full UK/EU driving license (preferred but not essential).


• Candidates must be UK/EU citizens.

As an SIA Security Guard/Door Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring premises to ensure safety and security.


• Controlling access to venues, checking identification, and managing entry points.


• Diffusing potential conflicts and resolving situations professionally.


• Performing regular patrols and keeping detailed incident reports.


• Protecting staff, clients, and members of the public from potential threats.


• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.


• Responding swiftly to alarms or emergencies.

• A proactive and disciplined approach to problem\-solving.


• Strong observational skills and the ability to make quick decisions.


• Confidence in handling difficult situations with professionalism.
