Event Backstage Manager

ABOUT THIS ROLE

A Stage Manager supports and organizes all the different teams involved in the day\-to\-day running of the event production. They liaise and communicate with the full company and organize each team to ensure the smooth running of the production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to facilitate communication across all creative and technical departments


• Act as a right hand to the producer/director


• Oversee sets, props, lights, and sound


• Call all technical cues during the live production

• Complete the Happily wrap report


• Submit complete budget with all invoices/receipts and payment status


• Ensure all photos \& videos are properly filed

• At least 5\+ years of experience working in event productions (conferences, festivals, summits)


• Experience working on live, remote and hybrid events


• Familiarity with production budgets and run of show is an asset


• Good English including written and verbal

Pay: £40\.00 per hour

Experience:

• Events management: 5 years (required)


• Events stage management: 5 years (required)
