What you'll do
------------------

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to Environmental Health \& Safety (EHS) and food safety requirements


• Further developing and update of the EHS Management System


• Supporting Head Office departments and regional management teams to meet their EHS requirements


• Travelling to and from Regional Distribution Centres and Stores


• Carrying out food safety and health and safety inspections, risk assessments \& audits as required


• Working on projects to ensure EHS is considered and included to ensure compliance


• Promoting EHS within all departments to ensure a positive EHS culture within Lidl Ireland

What you'll need
--------------------

• Third\-level degree or qualification in Food Science/Environmental Health or Occupational Health and Safety


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team


• Ability to work well under pressure


• Excellent attention to detail


• Full driving license is essential

• €52,500 rising to €67,000 after 3 years
