We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team and lead traffic management crews on site.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and leading your team to deliver safe, efficient, and high\-quality traffic management operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and coordinate traffic management operations to ensure safe and efficient flow around work zones


• Supervise and manage traffic management teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance


• Ensure compliance with all traffic safety regulations, standards, and procedures


• Continuously evaluate and improve traffic management strategies to enhance safety and efficiency


• Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures


• Attend training sessions to stay up to date with traffic management procedures and legislation


• Every day you’ll contribute to building safer, smarter infrastructure for the communities we serve.

What We're Looking For:

• Safe Pass


• Manual Handling


• SLG


• 6 months experience in traffic management or civil works


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures


• A proactive, can\-do attitude and team spirit

Desirable / Bonus Skills:

• Full clean B \& C EU or Irish Driver’s Licence


• CSCS: Signing \& Lighting, Mini Digger, Dumper


• Experience in traffic management or construction work


• Experience supervising crews or managing small projects


• Familiarity with roadworks or infrastructure environments
