Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in sales, customer service, and face\-to\-face interactions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in building relationships with clients, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the growth of our organisation. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and existing customers to promote products and services effectively
- Assist in identifying client needs and providing suitable solutions through consultative selling techniques
- Support the sales team in reaching targets by managing client accounts and following up on leads
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including negotiations and presentations to prospective business clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using organisational IT systems
- Manage scheduling and time effectively to ensure timely follow\-ups and meetings
- Drive company vehicles when necessary for client visits or promotional events
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding the customer base
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to negotiate confidently and build rapport with clients
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between client sites or attending events
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning about sales processes and client relationship management
