Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser / Visual Merchandiser Manager to join our dynamic team.

This is a new role, and is on a temporary / freelance basis to help with our displays in store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and promote our brand identity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your artistic flair, technical skills, and organisational abilities to influence store aesthetics and drive sales. A strong understanding of current visual trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently are essential for success in this position.

Duties

  • Develop innovative visual concepts and layouts that align with brand standards and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to plan window displays, in\-store arrangements, and promotional setups.

  • Oversee the installation of displays ensuring they are executed accurately and safely within deadlines.

  • Manage a team of visual assistants or coordinators to ensure consistency across all store locations.

  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to refine visual strategies for maximum impact.

  • Maintain an organised schedule for display updates, ensuring timely refreshes in line with seasonal campaigns or promotional events.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, colour schemes, materials, and innovative display techniques to keep visuals fresh and engaging.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising or related creative fields; managerial experience is advantageous.

  • Strong merchandising acumen with a keen eye for colour coordination, spatial organisation, and aesthetic appeal.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

  • Outstanding communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated time management skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. This role offers an inspiring environment where creativity meets strategic planning—ideal for individuals passionate about visual storytelling within retail spaces.
