Your Career
As Head of Enterprise Account Management, you will lead a high\-performing Account Director team responsible for driving growth across MHR’s Enterprise customer base and strategic partner network. You will own the execution of annual sales targets, ensuring strong performance across retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
This is a senior leadership role for someone experienced in enterprise SaaS environments who can balance commercial accountability with strategic customer engagement. You will set clear direction for your team, embedding disciplined account planning, strong pipeline management, and a consistent focus on delivering measurable customer value. You will also play a key role in shaping how MHR builds and maintains long\-term, transformational partnerships with its most strategic customers.
Your Team
You will lead and develop a team of Account Directors, supporting them to execute high\-quality account strategies and achieve performance excellence across their portfolios. Through regular 1:1s, coaching, and structured development planning, you will build capability and ensure consistent application of best practice across account management, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Pre\-Sales, Consultancy, and Product teams, you will foster a highly collaborative environment focused on customer outcomes. You will ensure robust account governance, strong executive\-level relationships, and consistent customer engagement through Quarterly Business Reviews and ongoing strategic touchpoints.
Your Impact
Your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, customer retention, and the long\-term success of MHR’s Enterprise business. You will drive expansion through cross\-sell and upsell opportunities, ensuring customers fully realise the value of MHR’s solutions while aligning with their strategic transformation priorities.
By embedding strong account planning disciplines, improving pipeline health and forecasting accuracy, and promoting best practice methodologies such as MEDDPICC, you will elevate commercial performance across the team. You will also ensure customers benefit from clear, value\-led engagement, including joint vision roadmaps and structured QBRs that demonstrate ROI and strategic alignment.
Through proactive leadership and cross\-functional collaboration, you will ensure MHR consistently delivers exceptional customer experience, strengthens executive relationships, and accelerates sustainable enterprise growth.
