With significant investment transforming our site into one of the most advanced dairy facilities in the UK, we’re now expanding our engineering team and looking for Engineering Technicians to play a key role in supporting a highly automated, next\-generation production environment.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of modern manufacturing—combining cutting\-edge technology, large\-scale automation and ongoing site transformation.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment reliability


• Responding to breakdowns efficiently, minimising downtime in a fast\-paced production environment


• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and engineering upgrades


• Collaborating with operations to drive safety, quality and performance


• Supporting the installation, commissioning and integration of new equipment

• Highly automated process and filling lines with advanced PLC systems


• High\-speed blow moulding and hygienic filling technology


• Multi\-axis robotic packaging systems


• One of the UK’s largest pallet cooling and transport systems


• Site\-wide infrastructure including:

What we’re looking for

• A time\-served Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline


• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment


• Strong knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance


• Experience working with automation, robotics or process equipment (desirable)


• A proactive approach with strong problem\-solving skills


• A team player committed to high safety and performance standards

• £57,289 salary plus 1\.5x overtime


• £5,000 sign\-on bonus (paid after successful completion of probation)
