What you’ll do
You’ll gain real, practical engineering experience from day one:
- Work alongside R\&D engineers developing the Stiltz homelift range
- Build and test prototypes using 3D printers, CNC machines, and plasma cutters
- Support product testing against safety and performance standards
- Help record results and write simple technical reports
- See engineering in action through hands\-on product builds and field installations
- Learn how products are developed from concept through to manufacture
- Engineering Maintenance Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship (Technical Support pathway)
- Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
- Delivered in partnership with City of Wolverhampton College
- Day release: 2 days per week in year 1, then 1 day per week thereafter (Bilston campus)
- Blended learning: college\-based study \+ workplace training
- Salary: £14,560 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

- Fully supported induction and on\-going training/development
- Hours: Start8am Finish 4pm (Friday 8am – 1pm) \- 35 hours a week
- Grade 4\+ in GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5 preferred)
- Ideally studying or recently completed a Level 2 Engineering qualification
- Interest in engineering, design, or how things are made
- Enjoys hands\-on practical work and problem\-solving
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and develop new skills
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Science or engineering subjects are helpful but not essential
- Real engineering experience in a professional R\&D engineering environment
- Training, mentoring, and support from experienced engineers
- Hands\-on use of modern manufacturing and prototyping equipment
