Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Sales Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a full\-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Duties:

• Provide administrative support as required


• Working with customer to calculate sheet requirements and scale from drawings


• Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date customer records in our CRM software


• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services


• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service


• Provide quotations to customers based on verbal or written technical specifications


• Liaise with our transport team and suppliers regarding planned delivery dates and keep customers informed of the progress of the orders.

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales roles


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail


• Previous experience in cladding sales or a similar role is preferred but not essential


• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal


• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems (e.g., Outlook, Sage) is a plus


• Familiarity with programming languages would be advantageous but not essential


• Strong IT skills required and a knowledge of computer hardware would be preferred but not essential


• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively


• Strong sales skills and problem\-solving abilities
