Within the Digital Sales Department, the EMEA Digital Account Manager reports directly to the EMEA Senior Digital Sales and Channel Marketing Manager. This role involves daily collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, Finance, etc.), global teams (Bandai Namco Entertainment Group) and external partners (Digital Platforms, other distributors).

As an EMEA Digital Account Manager, you manage Bandai Namco Entertainment’s digital products portfolio on partner distribution platforms across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia\-Pacific, overseeing all lifecycle stages from pre\-order to release and post\-launch promotions.

Your main responsibilities include (non\-exhaustive list):

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our main distributors by supporting their strategies

  • Communicate and build product value propositions effectively, collaborating with marketing and production teams

  • Develop and execute sales strategies (special and promotional offers) aligned with the group’s strategy, under the supervision of the EMEA Senior Digital Sales and Channel Marketing Manager

  • Achieve and exceed annual targets through efficient sales strategies, trend analysis, and results monitoring

  • Optimize product placement and sales within digital distribution channels, in coordination with the Channel Marketing Associate Manager

  • Manage product lifecycle, coordinating promotions and pricing recommendations

  • Monitor and analyze account performance, reporting to management

  • Monitor and benchmark competition trends and pricing policies in the digital market

  • Create presentations and sales sheets to provide product information to partners

  • Coordinate with subsidiaries and other regions to ensure global alignment

  • Actively participate in the 'Go\-to\-Market' process for each new release

  • Ensure the accuracy of the royalty and sales statements provided by our partners
Profil:

  • Successful business experience in the video game industry

  • 5\-8 years of experience in a similar role

  • Fluent in English and proven multicultural work experience

  • Good financial analysis and data manipulation skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, analysis)

  • Effective project status communication and cross\-functional collaboration ability

  • Strong interest and in\-depth knowledge of the video game market and digital distribution

  • High attention to detail, including accurate and effective customer communications, with a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset

  • Goal\-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to unite people around projects

  • Open to receiving feedback

Remuneration: fixed and variable compensation
