Job Summary:

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our team. This role oversees and ensures the day\-to\-day electrical operations within data centre environments. This role ensures that all electrical systems are installed, maintained, and operated in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Core Duties \& Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians and subcontractors.

· Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance work comply with relevant codes and standards.

· Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical systems including LV and HV distribution, UPS, generators, and switchgear.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety and quality compliance.

· Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

· Maintain accurate records of electrical systems, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.

· Support commissioning activities and provide technical guidance during project handovers.

· Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.

· Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties

· Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company, and group policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Skills and Experience

· Recognised electrical engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City \& Guilds, or equivalent).

· Proven experience in supervising electrical operations in data centres or critical infrastructure environments.

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

· Experience with HV/LV systems, UPS, generators, and BMS systems.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

· Experience in developing and implementing electrical safety procedures and permit\-to\-work systems.

· Strong leadership, communication, and auditing skills.
