Bars are an essential part of the Edinburgh's Christmas experience, between the 14th November 2026 and 3rd January 2027\. As a bar team member, you will be on the front line, serving drinks and making our customers day. This role is vital. We expect hard graft and an ability to work in a team with new people, creating a great working environment conducive to an amazing experience. This role requires you to be flexible and mature. Your focus will be on making drinks, dealing with stock, keeping the bar and venue clean, working with other departments and being friendly to customers.

Staff are required to be 18\+ due to the licensed nature of our sites, and have a legal right to work in the UK, no Visas are able to be offered for these roles.

Roles are available in Edinburgh from mid November 2026 until mid January 2027 and applicants must have availability over the festive period.

Rates of pay is £13\.45 per hours paid in arrears.
