Early Years Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or Support Worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?

We are seeking caring, patient and enthusiastic individuals with Early Years and/or Nursery experience to support pupils within a specialist SEN school.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, Early Years setting, or school


• A nurturing and positive approach to supporting children


• Confidence supporting children with additional needs


• Reliable and professional attitude


• Ability to work at least one full day per week (8:30am-3:30pm)

Flexible working options:

• Full-time opportunities available (Monday to Friday)


• Part-time roles available (1-4 days per week)


• Casual and ad-hoc work to fit around other commitments

• Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs


• Assisting with learning, play and emotional development


• Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment


• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
