Relive Campers is a growing campervan conversion, accessories and leisure business specialising in high\-quality campervan products, conversions and upgrades.

Alongside our workshop and vehicle conversion business, we operate an expanding online shop supplying campervan accessories, electrical products, leisure equipment and conversion components to customers throughout the UK.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded E\-commerce \& Shopify Manager / Web Designer to take responsibility for the day\-to\-day running, development and continued growth of the Relive Campers online shop.

This role would suit someone who understands that a successful website isn't just about looking good – it needs to be easy to use, easy to find, generate sales and provide customers with an excellent experience from the moment they arrive on the website through to receiving their order.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing our Shopify store, maintaining product listings, processing online orders and helping us grow our online sales.

You will work closely with the wider Relive Campers team, our suppliers and management to ensure products are accurately listed, orders are processed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service.

An understanding of e\-commerce, Shopify, sales and dropshipping is important for this role.

Key ResponsibilitiesShopify \& Website Management

  • Manage the day\-to\-day running of the Relive Campers Shopify website.

  • Create, update and maintain product listings.

  • Add new products, collections, categories and website pages.

  • Ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images are accurate and professional.

  • Improve the overall design, layout and usability of the website.

  • Ensure the website works effectively across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

  • Identify and fix website issues, broken links and customer journey problems.

  • Manage Shopify apps, integrations and website functionality.

  • Assist with website development and improvements as the business grows.
E\-commerce \& Sales
  • Look for opportunities to increase online sales and average order value.

  • Improve product pages to increase customer confidence and conversion rates.

  • Create upsells, bundles, related products and cross\-selling opportunities.

  • Help identify new products and ranges that would suit the Relive Campers customer base.

  • Monitor competitor websites, products and pricing.

  • Help plan promotions, seasonal offers and product launches.

  • Use sales data to understand which products are performing and where improvements can be made.
Order Processing
  • Process online orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Monitor new orders throughout the day.

  • Liaise with suppliers and the internal team regarding stock and availability.

  • Manage dropship orders with suppliers.

  • Track outstanding orders and ensure customers are kept updated.

  • Deal with delivery queries, damaged items, returns and order issues.

  • Ensure customers receive clear communication throughout the ordering process.
Product \& Supplier Management
  • Liaise with existing suppliers regarding products, pricing, stock levels and deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate supplier and product information.

  • Add new supplier products to the website.

  • Manage products supplied through dropshipping arrangements.

  • Monitor discontinued or out\-of\-stock products.

  • Help source new products that would complement our campervan and leisure ranges.

  • Ensure margins and selling prices remain commercially viable.
Customer Experience
  • Help provide customers with an excellent experience when shopping with Relive Campers.

  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding products and online orders.

  • Help customers select the correct products where required.

  • Resolve problems quickly and professionally.

  • Monitor customer feedback and identify ways we can improve the website and buying process.

  • Ensure information such as delivery times, returns and product specifications is clear and accurate.
SEO, Marketing \& Website Growth
  • Optimise product pages and website content for search engines.

  • Write clear, informative and sales\-focused product descriptions.

  • Ensure titles, descriptions, collections and website structure are SEO\-friendly.

  • Work with the team to support email campaigns, promotions and social media activity.

  • Assist with abandoned\-cart, follow\-up and customer\-retention campaigns.

  • Monitor website traffic, conversion rates and online sales.

  • Use Shopify analytics and other available data to recommend improvements.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Shopify experience.

  • Experience managing an e\-commerce website.

  • Good web design and website layout skills.

  • Strong understanding of online retail and the customer buying journey.

  • Experience creating and managing product listings.

  • Good sales and commercial awareness.

  • Experience with dropshipping or supplier\-direct fulfilment.

  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.

  • Confidence dealing with customers and suppliers.

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders and tasks.

  • The ability to work independently while also being part of a wider team.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to suggest improvements rather than simply maintain the existing website.

Experience within the campervan, automotive, leisure, camping or outdoor industry would be beneficial but is not essential.

Experience with SEO, Google Shopping, Google Analytics, Meta advertising, email marketing or Shopify integrations would also be advantageous.

The Person We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their area of the business.

You should be comfortable moving between creative work, customer service and commercial tasks. One minute you may be designing or improving a product page, the next you could be processing orders, speaking with a supplier or helping a customer choose the correct product.

You will need to be organised, approachable and able to work well with the rest of the Relive Campers team.

Most importantly, we want someone who is interested in growing the online side of the business and continually looking for ways to make the website easier to use, improve our product offering and increase sales.

Key Measures of Success

Success within the role will include:

  • Increasing online sales.

  • Improving website conversion rates.

  • Growing the number and quality of products available online.

  • Maintaining accurate and professional product listings.

  • Processing orders efficiently.

  • Reducing customer order issues.

  • Developing strong relationships with suppliers.

  • Improving the overall usability and appearance of the Relive Campers website.
Why Join Relive Campers?

This is an opportunity to join a growing business where you will have genuine responsibility for developing an important part of the company.

Rather than simply maintaining an existing website, you will have the opportunity to help shape and grow the Relive Campers online shop, introduce new products and suppliers, improve the customer journey and directly contribute to the growth of the business.
