We’re now looking for a detail\-driven Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of how our products and content are represented across key trade partner platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and updating product content across trade customer websites and platforms


• Acting as the go\-to contact for ecommerce content queries across sales teams and partners


• Building strong relationships with trade accounts and external stakeholders


• Auditing partner websites to identify gaps, inconsistencies and optimisation opportunities


• Manipulating data within Excel


• Delivering KPI reports and insights to track performance and improvements


• Supporting wider ecommerce activity, including copywriting and content updates


• Collaborating with marketing, product and sales teams to ensure a consistent digital presence

• Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, content administration or account support


• Exceptional attention to detail – you spot what others miss


• Strong written communication and copywriting ability


• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines


• Comfortable working with Excel, product data and content systems


• Thrive in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment

• Experience working with trade, wholesale or retail platforms


• Knowledge of PIM systems or product data management


• Understanding of best practice ecommerce content

• Work with well\-known, market\-leading brands
