Summary.

We are seeking a Site Services Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Great Britain. This pivotal role involves overseeing electrical maintenance and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities, contributing to our mission of delivering top\-quality products.
Responsibilities.

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities across the site to ensure safety and efficiency.


• Lead and supervise a team of Engineers, providing guidance and support.


• Manage statutory compliance activities.


• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for electrical systems.


• Maintain risk assessment, methods statement \& associated safety documentation.


• Act as an authorised person for HV/LV, with switching and support response to system failures.


• Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and technical knowledge.


• Collaborate with management on project planning and execution.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.


• Optimize electrical systems for performance improvements.


• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system updates.


• Qualifications.


• 18th edition.


• Level 3 electrical installation.


• City \& Guilds 2391 (inspection \& testing).


• Proven supervisory experience in electrical maintenance or related field.


• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and programmable logic controllers.


• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.


• Mechanical knowledge is advantageous.


• Excellent communication skills in English.


• Strong IT skills.


• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.


• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.


• An HNC or ONC in electrical or mechanical engineering, is desirable but not essential, if other skills can be demonstrated.
