Shifts Available:
- 14\.30 pm\- 22\.00pm
We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Support Worker to provide one\-to\-one support for an adult with Down syndrome in their own home and community.
Our client is non\-verbal and enjoys an active and fulfilling lifestyle. They love visiting theme parks, attending live music gigs and concerts, and taking part in community activities. We are seeking someone who shares a positive outlook on life and enjoys helping others make the most of every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing all aspects of personal care and daily living support
- Supporting the client with community access and social activities
- Accompanying the client to theme parks, concerts, and other leisure activities
- Promoting independence, choice, and dignity at all times
- Building a positive and trusting relationship with the client
About You:
We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who want to make a positive difference through professionalism, consistency, and compassion.
- Kind, patient, and reliable
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Confident supporting a non\-verbal individual
- Has a great sense of humour and a positive attitude
- Enjoys being active and participating in social outings and events
- Able to work flexibly as part of a dedicated care team
- £13\.00 per hour
- Permanent position
- In\-house induction programme

- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- At least 6 months’ UK care experience
- UK driving licence and access to a car
