Duties:
\- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility
\- Supervise and provide guidance to staff members
\- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
\- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers
\- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
\- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
\- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
\- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies
Requirements
\- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\- Strong problem\-solving abilities
\- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
\- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
\- Proficient in using computer software and systems
