  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure a high standard of service and food quality.

  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting excellent hospitality.

  • Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, utilizing culinary skills to enhance menu offerings.

  • Collaborate with management to optimize restaurant efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Supervising and team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment

  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards

  • Experience in food preparation and cooking, with bartending skills as a plus

  • Background in food production and kitchen operations

  • Familiarity with hotel or barista roles is advantageous

  • Proven leadership abilities and a commitment to excellent service
