Position Summary

Operating out of our Barcelona office as a Google Ads consultant, you will serve as a crucial digital growth partner for expanding commercial clients in the Dutch region. You will oversee holistic portfolio management—executing seamless client onboarding, encouraging feature adoption, sustaining strong account retention, and uncovering viable expansion avenues for your assigned clients.

Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Welcome newly acquired accounts into the business, pinpointing key commercial targets to construct effective digital ad strategies.


• Stakeholder Outreach: Interact routinely with executive stakeholders to present campaign progress, prove ROI, and suggest additional ad solutions.


• Campaign Optimization: Create, launch, and continuously refine Google Ads accounts, fine\-tuning bid strategies, creative assets, and audience targeting.


• Analytics \& Reporting: Evaluate key performance metrics to deliver actionable optimization ideas that maximize ROAS and campaign returns.


• Pipeline Management: Record detailed client notes, manage open tasks, and keep pipeline stages up to date in internal CRM software.


• Regional Feedback: Provide internal teams with real\-time feedback regarding Dutch market trends and consumer expectations to hone regional campaign efforts.

• Language Skills: C1/C2 fluent Dutch capability paired with fluent professional English.


• Background: History of success in client account management, B2B sales, or digital consulting supported by CRM technologies.


• Cultural Context: Solid grasp of the Dutch commercial ecosystem, buyer behavior, and European data privacy requirements (GDPR).


• Core Strengths: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidence handling performance data, and high digital tool literacy.
