About this vacancy

At TMC, we're looking for a new HRBP, specialized in the recruitment of top notch engineering, software, embedded systems and/or IT profiles. You work closely with a team of fellow HRBP's and the best business managers and directors. Next to recruitment, you will have the chance to work on several interesting HR related projects.

What we expect from you
---------------------------

\- You have a master's degree \- You ideally have a first experience in recruitment \- Maximum 4 years of experience \- You are interested in HR related projects like mentorship, Young Graduate program etc. \- You are fluent in Dutch, English and/or French \- You can work from our Ghent \& Zaventem office
