Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Domino’s Pizza Manager in Training. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills within a dynamic and fast\-paced environment. As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands\-on experience in restaurant operations, customer service, and team management, with the goal of progressing into a full managerial position. Duties

• Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure high\-quality product delivery


• Support daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff and managing workflow


• Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times


• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and hospitality


• Oversee team members, providing guidance and training as needed


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas


• Help manage stock levels, ordering supplies when necessary


• Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals


• Participate in staff scheduling and shift management


• Uphold health and safety regulations across all areas of the restaurant

Skills

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous


• Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hotel environment


• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members


• Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure


• Good communication skills, both verbal and written


• A proactive approach to problem\-solving and customer satisfaction


• Experience in culinary arts or kitchen operations is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key
