We are a small home care provider looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate individual to join our friendly team supporting people in their own homes. We pride ourselves on delivering person\-centred care and building positive relationships with both clients and staff.

Hours required:

  • Minimum of one morning shift per week (start time may be 7:45am)

  • Minimum of one evening shift per week (finishing no later than 9:30pm)

  • One shift every other weekend required

The role may include:
  • Assisting with personal care

  • Supporting with mobility and transfers

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Assisting with daily routines and promoting independence

  • Promoting dignity, comfort, and wellbeing at all times

Requirements:
  • Kind, patient, reliable, and compassionate

  • Flexible and able to work independently

  • Passionate about providing high\-quality care

  • Previous care experience is desirable, although training can be provided for the right person

  • Must be willing to cover all of our areas, including Dursley, the Stroud area, and Quedgeley

Pay: £12\.80\-£14\.30 per hour
