Domestic Helpdesk Operator
We are looking to recruit a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our Domestic Services Team located at Royal Oldham Hospital
We are recruiting for 15hrs (Monday \- Friday \- 17\.00 \- 20:00\)
The successful post holder will be part of a team working within our Estates \& Facilities department, offering a high quality, flexible and customer focused service. The Domestic Services Helpdesk Operator is an important member of the team who helps provide a range of duties across the hospital in a professional manner.
Your main duties will be to operate the Trust wide Domestic Helpdesk,
You will also be required to provide secretarial service to Domestic Operations Managers including undertaking all general clerical duties within the department, including word processing of correspondence, reports, forms etc.
Ensure all staff are invited to attend mandatory training, keeping records, and formulating databases/spreadsheets using Microsoft Access/Excel
Dealing with telephone enquiries from internal staff, outside agencies and members of the public.
