Location: Queensway Industrial Estate, Dunlop Way, Scunthorpe, DN16 3RN
Contract: 3\-month fixed term
Hours: 39 hours per week
Pay: £12\.71 per hour
Monday–Thursday: 6:45am–3:30pm
Friday: 6:45am–2:05pm

Lebus Upholstery is looking for a reliable, hardworking and hands\-on Dispatch Operative to join our busy Dispatch Department on a 3\-month fixed\-term contract.
You’ll play an important role in making sure finished furniture is handled, packaged and loaded safely, accurately and efficiently, ready for delivery to customers across the UK and Ireland.
What you'll be doing
- Packaging finished products to customer requirements
- Safely and accurately loading vehicles
- Handling and moving stock, including moderate to heavy lifting
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
- Supporting inventory and stock checks
- Communicating effectively with Supervisors and Managers
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Following all company health, safety and quality procedures
- Providing a professional and efficient service to colleagues
- Supporting the wider team with other reasonable duties when required
- Is practical, reliable and hardworking
- Has good attention to detail
- Is comfortable with manual work and lifting
- Works well as part of a team
- Can work at pace while maintaining quality
- Is flexible and adaptable
- Takes pride in their work and has a strong work ethic
- Understands the importance of working safely
