Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions including accounts payable and receivable.


• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms to maintain precise financial records.


• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support strategic decision\-making.


• Daily accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, ledger entries, and month\-end closing procedures.


• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards across all accounting activities.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft or equivalent systems.


• Strong understanding of financial services industry practices and regulations.


• Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.


• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial accounting principles.


• Excellent mentoring skills with the ability to guide team members toward professional growth.


• Familiarity with managing multiple accounting platforms to ensure seamless data integration.


• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.

Pay: £28,500\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
