Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy designed to attract, engage, and hire top-tier professionals aligned with organizational values and objectives.

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an efficient hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders across multiple regions.

  • Define recruitment roles, responsibilities, and best practices while providing guidance and training to hiring managers and HR teams.

  • Manage recruitment efforts for key and executive-level positions, delivering high-quality talent solutions with minimal oversight.

  • Continuously assess and improve talent acquisition processes, tools, and methodologies to align with evolving market trends and industry standards.

  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives through digital platforms, social media channels, and talent engagement strategies to enhance visibility and attract diverse candidates.

  • Support workforce planning activities by forecasting hiring needs, advising on recruitment priorities, and developing annual hiring roadmaps.

  • Collaborate with leadership on compensation structures, benefits benchmarking, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential talent programs.

  • Evaluate and enhance performance management frameworks, promoting a culture of feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Build and expand learning and development initiatives that support employee growth, career progression, and organizational excellence.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop HR analytics and reporting dashboards that drive informed decision-making related to talent acquisition, retention, and workforce effectiveness.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and change management efforts associated with new talent programs, processes, and organizational initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, and global recruitment leadership.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting talent management and the employee lifecycle in HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR roles.

  • Previous experience within nonprofit, technology-focused, or mission-driven organizations.

  • Strong understanding of talent management practices, workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, and performance management.

  • Proven experience managing global recruitment programs and partnering with senior leaders on strategic workforce initiatives.

  • Advanced proficiency with HR technologies, including HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, learning management systems, and employer-of-record platforms.

  • Comfortable using cloud-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, Slack, Zoom, and similar platforms.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging workforce data and metrics to support business decisions.

  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and distributed environments.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and feedback-oriented approach to leadership and team development.

  • Experience working within international and fully remote organizations is highly desirable.
