About Meritec Limited

Meritec is an established tech business and we’ll soon be celebrating 30 years in business. During this time, we have partnered with 100’s of clients to help them streamline their operations by using our low code digital platform to create tailored solutions and deliver workflow automation into the heart of their operations.

About the Role

This is not a traditional helpdesk role, you’ll be working on live systems, supporting clients and helping improve how our platform operates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their IT career who is eager to learn, develop, and gain hands\-on experience across cloud systems, infrastructure, AI integrations and client support.

You’ll support both our internal systems and customer platforms, helping to keep everything running smoothly while building your technical skills in a supportive environment. This is a hands\-on role and you’ll be working on live systems from day one, supporting clients, resolving issues and helping improve how things run.

You’ll work with tools such as Atlassian Confluence and Jira, Microsoft 365 and our low\-code platform to assist us in delivering the best service possible to our clients and pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and product.

Expect this hybrid role to be a mixture of proactive system administration and reactive Helpdesk troubleshooting.
