About the role
The role of Digital Operations Officer, sits within the NYES Hub team, and plays a key role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of NYES systems and digital services, ensuring they are efficient, customer\-focused, and aligned to wider North Yorkshire priorities in particular, the Best Start in Life (BSiL) programme.
You will support the development and maintenance of digital systems that help deliver a coherent, user\-friendly “digital front door”, connecting families to early years services, childcare, and support networks.
Helping align NYES digital services with wider developments such as the Best Start in Life platform, Families Information Service, and NHS digital offers and supporting inclusive and accessible digital services.
You will support the wider NYES team by ensuring data is accurate, accessible and used effectively to inform decision making and service improvement.
