Job Purpose
To support the UK Marketing team with the hands on delivery of digital lead generation activity across Paxon’s agreed priority sectors.
The role will focus on building and maintaining targeted prospect audiences, managing always on outreach activity, supporting SEO, SEA and GEO performance, making website and content amendments, and ensuring campaign activity is correctly tracked through Microsoft Dynamics 365\.
This is a delivery focused role requiring someone who can quickly understand the existing setup, work independently and help maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads into the business.
Daily Duties
- Build, segment and continually refresh targeted prospect lists for agreed priority sectors using Cognism and other approved data sources
- Upload and manage prospect data within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Create and maintain campaign lists, segmentation, journeys, workflows and campaign tracking within Dynamics 365
- Support the delivery of always on lead generation campaigns, ensuring new prospects continue to enter the appropriate outreach journeys
- Monitor prospect engagement and support the identification and routing of qualified leads to Sales
- Manage and optimise SEO activity, including keyword research, on page optimisation, metadata, internal linking and content recommendations
- Support SEA activity, including Google Ads campaign setup, optimisation, conversion tracking and performance monitoring
- Support GEO activity to improve Paxon’s visibility within AI generated search results
- Review website performance and make day to day content, SEO and conversion focused amendments
- Build and amend campaign landing pages
- Support LinkedIn activity, including company page updates, campaign activity, audience targeting and performance monitoring
- Produce regular reporting on campaign performance, lead generation, engagement and conversion
- Identify issues and opportunities and recommend improvements rather than waiting for individual tasks to be assigned
- Work closely with the wider Marketing and Sales teams to support sector campaigns and lead generation activity
We are looking for an experienced, hands on digital marketer who is comfortable working across CRM, lead generation, search, website optimisation and analytics.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently, able to quickly understand existing campaigns and systems, and comfortable taking responsibility for day to day digital delivery.
Previous B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred, particularly within a lead generation environment where activity is measured against qualified leads, opportunities and pipeline.
The ability to join quickly and complete a structured handover is important.
Critical Skills
Hands on experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential.
