Digital Marketing Executive

Fibre Nova is a Liverpool\-based full fibre broadband provider. We build and run our own network, and we're growing fast. Unlike the big providers, we're genuinely local, genuinely fast, and genuinely fussed about the people we connect with.
THE ROLE
You'll work directly with our Digital Marketing Manager \- supporting execution across content, social, paid media, and SEO \- so that strategy, optimisation, and scaling can get the full attention they deserve.
This isn't a role where you sit in a corner and schedule tweets. We want someone sharp who can own their work, move quickly, and help us grow.
Day to day, you'll be across:
- Content creation \- writing copy for landing pages, ads, social posts, and customer comms.
- Social media management \- scheduling, posting, and where possible automating. Maintaining our presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X with a consistent voice and a tidy content calendar.
- Paid ads support \- updating Meta ad copy, swapping creative, monitoring performance, and flagging anything that needs attention. Full campaign strategy sits with the manager; you keep things moving.
- SEO content \- writing and formatting blog posts, area pages, and FAQ content with proper on\-page SEO applied. You know what a heading hierarchy is. You understand why a meta description matters.
- Design support \- creating and updating assets in Canva for ads, social, and landing pages. You don't need to be a designer, but you need good instincts and the ability to follow brand guidelines without supervision.
- Reporting and admin \- pulling together basic performance updates, keeping trackers current, and making sure things don't fall through the gaps.
- Sales \& commercial support \- preparing, organising, and distributing marketing collateral to support the sales team when needed. Also, assisting with the creation of sales\-focused content such as one\-pagers, leave\-behinds, and presentation materials.
Essential:
● Clear, plain\-English writing \- can adapt tone, doesn't sound robotic
● Hands\-on social media experience, including scheduling tools
● Comfortable inside Meta and Google Ads Manager \- can update copy and creative without hand\-holding
● Understanding of SEO basics and on\-page fundamentals
● Confident in Canva and able to produce on\-brand assets independently
● Organised, proactive, and great use of time management
● Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude etc
Nice to have:
● Experience with automation tools (Buffer, Zapier, Hootsuite or more)
● Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
● Basic WordPress or CMS editing
● Some experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
● Any background in local or challenger brand marketing
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content \& copywriting
· Writing and editing copy for ads, landing pages, social posts, emails, and customer communications
· Drafting sales support content including one\-pagers, leave\-behinds, and presentation materials
· Writing SEO\-optimised blog posts, area pages, and FAQ content with correct on\-page formatting applied
Paid
· Writing/uploading ad copy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
· Designing or adapting ad creatives in Canva ready for upload
· Updating live campaigns with new copy, creative, or audience adjustments as directed
Social media
· Scheduling and posting content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and more
· Maintaining a consistent posting schedule using scheduling/automation tools
· Sourcing or creating accompanying visuals and assets for each post
· Monitoring comments and basic community management
Design \& creative assets
· Producing on\-brand graphics and assets in Canva for ads, social, print, and landing pages
Direct mail \& print
· Printing and preparing outbound marketing letters and customer communications
· Franking and dispatching letters and direct mail on schedule
· Preparing and organising physical marketing collateral for distribution to the sales team
Sales support
· Distributing marketing materials to the sales team as required
· Supporting the wider commercial process with well\-prepared, on\-brand materials
Admin \& reporting
· Keeping content calendars, trackers, and asset libraries up to date
· Pulling together basic performance snapshots and reports
· General marketing admin to keep operations running smoothly
