The successful candidate will be employed by Audience and work as the dedicated marketing lead for Weetons, also part of the TIM Group Holdings portfolio, supported by Audience’s in\-house specialists and selected third\-party partners. The Audience team are based in the offices at the Weetons flagship store: Leeds Road, Pannal, Harrogate.

Our Digital Marketing and Content Manager will be accountable for a joined up multichannel approach across our social media platforms, email, website, customer communications and external sales platforms. Growing and connecting with our audience, and delivering a consistent brand experience.

The role:

We are looking for an exceptionally commercial, sales and engagement driven Digital marketing and Content Manager with creative flair and hands\-on digital ability to take full ownership of the Weetons marketing function.

They will develop and deliver against an integrated marketing plan that increases brand awareness, grows and engages the customer base, drives store capture and conversion (including restaurant bookings), and increases ecommerce revenue.

They will lead activity across all key marketing channels, working with the Audience team and external specialists to support delivery where required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and deliver the Weetons marketing strategy, budget and campaign calendar.

  • Grow brand awareness, customer engagement, store footfall and ecommerce revenue.

  • Plan, create and manage email campaigns, newsletters and customer communications.

  • Manage Weetons’ organic social\-media presence and create engaging written, photographic and video content.

  • Coordinate paid social, paid search and other digital advertising activity (google etc)

  • Manage PR, influencer outreach, partnerships and community marketing including awards etc.

  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, events, restaurant bookings, private hire and corporate gifting.

  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital channels, stores and customer communications.

  • Brief and manage agencies, freelancers and other third\-party partners, including photo/video shoots.

  • Monitor results, report against agreed KPIs and continually improve campaign performance.
Essential skills required:
  • Professional, hands\-on experience managing social\-media channels.

  • Strong content\-creation skills, including copywriting and visual or short\-form video content.

  • Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns.

  • Strong organisational and project\-management skills.

  • The ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Confidence using performance data to improve marketing activity.

  • Email Marketing, building out campaigns and weekly newsletter emails

  • Creative production and brand management

  • Marketing budget management and monthly performance reporting

  • Adobe Illustrator skills

  • Canva skills

  • Photography skill: iPhone and camera
Desirable Skills:

Experience in several of the following areas would be advantageous:

  • Email marketing and CRM.

  • Paid social and paid search.

  • PR and media relations.

  • Influencer marketing, outreach and partnerships.

  • Creative production and brand management.

  • Ecommerce, SEO and conversion optimisation.

  • Marketing\-budget management and performance reporting.

  • Food, hospitality, retail or lifestyle marketing.
Specialist third\-party support will be available across these disciplines, so candidates are not expected to be experts in every channel. However, strong social\-media and content\-creation experience is a mandatory requirement.

  • Ad spend management experience

  • Recent and relevant marketing and content creation experience
